Nothing is as fulfilling as using your creativity. I began years ago by learning intuitive writing from a book called "Seth Speaks." I found I knew things that otherwise I didn't. I would write little blurbs for people with answers to their questions. I was surprised by what emerged.

I began keeping a daily journal, jotting down the way I felt, what I was doing--and I found the more I wrote the deeper I got into what was really going on in there. In grad school I found that this is a demonstrable result--the more you write (or talk) the deeper your response.

I find that life is quite interesting and surprising--and nothing more so than the ever-expanding panorama of all that is inside.

changing the past~~As far as I know, the physical events of the past can't be changed. What can be changed is the... over. Turn all the negatives into positives. Do it until you are satisfied.
